Our goal is to provide you with the app-experience without the monthly cost of an app. All of our sheets are designed with the user at heart - steering clear of boring, complicated tables. Instead we designed beginner friendly, interactive and fully automated modules, providing insights every step of the way. All while remaining a simple spreadsheet.
Real Currencies & Conversion
All our spreadsheets work with real currencies and live exchange rates, rather than just providing a column for a currency symbol. We want to enable our customers to keep track of their finances, no matter how many currencies they manage. With our spreadsheets you choose 1 main currency, and then have savings accounts, bills or even buy stocks in however many currencies your heart desires - everything will be converted back to your main currency, for a holistic view of your portfolio.

With each of our spreadsheets you have the option to save your monthly progress, thereby creating a raw data table that contains all your financial info in just 1 tab. This table is not only the same across all our spreadsheets, enabling you to upgrade and easily transfer your data, it's also a format that easily allows you to fill or change past financials, create your own graphs from or export your financials to an offline file.
Interactive Modules
Enjoy interactive modules that are fully automated and provide you with hints, recommendations, warnings and even motivational messages. Simple and beginner-friendly with intuitive colour coding - did the box turn red? Something must be wrong. Is the box green? All good here.

About The Creator
Welcome to my shop! I'm Susi, the creator of The Money Manager. By day, I navigate the world of performance marketing, where budgeting and data analysis are practically my second language. I often joke that I spend about 95% of my workday in Excel or Google Sheets.
So why The Money Manager? A few years ago, I started investing and immediately wanted a tool to track and visualize my portfolios. After not finding anything suitable, I built my own – in the form of a spreadsheet. It was simple, the opposite of pretty, but it served its purpose. One day, I decided I could do this better. After a meticulous year-long overhaul and positive feedback from family and friends, I've decided my spreadsheets are ready to share with you. It's not about flashy claims, just a desire to help others take control of their finances, much like it did for me.
